How much is The Lounge membership?
Annual membership is available for $349 (inclusive of GST) plus a one-off joining fee of $199 (inclusive of GST).

Corporate membership may be available to companies, corporations and businesses that enrol multiple individuals (10 or more) in The Lounge. For all new Corporate membership enquiries please contact your Virgin Blue Account Manager or the National Sales Co-ordinator on telephone (02) 9352 7263.

How do I access The Lounge?
Simply present your Lounge membership card, together with your flight itinerary or boarding pass for onward travel with Virgin Blue on the day. If you are already a member of Velocity, the loyalty program of Virgin Blue, upon joining The Lounge you will not be issued with a Membership Card but your Velocity Membership Card will be activated to allow you to access The Lounge.

Can I use The Lounge if I am not a Member?
Yes. You may use The Lounge (subject to space availability) for a casual entry fee of $35 (inc. GST) or save $5 per visit and pre-purchase online. You will also be required to also present at a valid Virgin Blue Itinerary or boarding pass for onward travel on the day.

What if I am travelling with a colleague who is not a member?
All members of The Lounge may invite one Guest (who need not be travelling) to accompany them in The Lounge (subject to space availability).
