Whenever you’re travelling, The Lounge is the new destination to do business, have a bite to eat, or just relax. As soon as you step into The Lounge, you’ll feel right at home. It’s new. It’s you!

Member Access

Once you are a member you can access The Lounge by presenting your membership card, together with your flight itinerary or boarding pass for onward travel with Virgin Blue on the day. If you join The Lounge and are already a Member of Velocity, Virgin Blue's loyalty program, your Velocity Membership Card will be activated to allow you to access The Lounge.

Velocity Gold and Silver members receive additional Lounge benefits. For more information on these benefits refer to Velocity Rewards.

Guest Access

Each time you enter The Lounge, you are welcome to invite one Guest to join you, at no charge. Additional Guests will be charged the single entry fee of $35 (inc. GST) at The Lounge or you can save $5 per visit by pre-paying online. Your Guests do not need to be travelling with Virgin Blue to join you in The Lounge.

Non-member Access

Non-members are also welcome in The Lounge upon presentation of their boarding pass for onward travel on Virgin Blue on that day and upon payment of the single entry fee of $35 (inc. GST) at The Lounge reception or $30 (inc. GST) online. Purchase single entry pass here

Access to The Lounge is subject to The Lounge Terms and Conditions and The Lounge Rules.

Children Access

Children under the age of 18 are welcome in The Lounge but must be accompanied and supervised by an adult member.

Opening hours

The Lounge is open seven days a week from 45 minutes prior to the first departure until the last flight is called for boarding.
