How to Register

Use the links at the bottom of this page to register with Virgin Blue or Pacific Blue.

Blue Holidays

To make a booking on the Blue Holidays website www.blueholidays.com.au you first need to be a Virgin Blue registered agent. See details of how to Register above. Once you have a Virgin Blue code, you simply use your Virgin Blue code and insert a "H" in the front of the code to create your Blue Holidays code.

Credit Terms are not available as a Blue Holidays form of payment. Please direct all account related enquiries for Blue Holidays to accounts@blueholidays.com.au

How to Make and Change Bookings

Once you've received your agency code you're ready to book.

You can complete a booking by:

  1. Booking online using our 'webagent' system at:
    Virgin Blue Agents or Pacific Blue Agents
    OR
  2. Calling our Guest Contact Centre - click here for details

You can make changes to a booking online or by contacting our Guest Contact Centre by phone 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

How to Pay

We are a ticketless airline and all bookings made with Virgin Blue or Pacific Blue are instant purchase. Bookings can be paid by credit card or charged to your approved agency account. Unfortunately, bookings will not be held pending payment.

Below is a list of acceptable credit cards for payment of bookings:

AUD$:  Visa, Mastercard, Diners or American Express
NZD$:  Visa, Mastercard or American Express
FJD$:  Visa or Mastercard

How Do I Receive Sales Incentive Payments?

Australian and New Zealand Agents

Sales incentive payments will be directly deposited into your nominated bank account on a monthly basis.

International Agents

Australian/New Zealand bank account:
If you nominate an Australian or New Zealand bank account, your sales incentive payments will be directly deposited into your nominated bank account on a monthly basis.

International bank account:
You will receive your sales incentive statement in Australian Dollars on a monthly basis. Payment will be processed quarterly into your nominated bank account by way of telegraphic transfer. This transfer which will attract a $20.00 bank fee and will be deducted from the payment. If your sales incentive payment for the quarter is less than AUD $500.00 we will hold the payment for you until the following quarter so that you save on bank fees.

How Do I Make Account Related Enquiries?

You will receive a statement of all transactions that you make with Virgin Blue or Pacific Blue. Notification as shown below will be e-mailed to your nominated email address advising when statements will be available to be viewed or downloaded online. The date of payment is advised in the e-mail sent with your payment statement and is directly debited/credited to/from your nominated bank account. Please note that any alterations/corrections will be amended on the following month's statement. Once your Agency Code is operational, any questions or issues relating to your statement should be directed to accounts@virginblue.com.au or pb.accounts@flypacificblue.com.

“Please be advised your statement is now available to be viewed and downloaded online via the Virgin Blue/Pacific Blue Agency website. Payment will be processed on Day/Month/Year.

To access your statement, you will need to login to the website using your Virgin Blue Agency Code and password. Once logged in, select “My Statements” on the tool bar located at the top of the screen. Select the month of the statement required and this will download to your screen. (Alternatively your statement can be saved in either excel or csv format.)

Please ensure you go directly to the website and do not access via a favourite.”
