The pet and container will be weighed and the fee charged according to the combined weight of each pet and cage.

Fees are non-refundable, and payable:

• Per sector (a formal connection is classed as a single sector). 
• Per container.
• On check-in of your pet.

For bookings made BEFORE 24th September, 2009

For bookings made ON or AFTER 24th September, 2009

A fee of $60 per sector/per container (a formal connection is classed as a single sector) is payable for pets travelling on domestic flights within New Zealand. Fees are non-refundable, and payable upon booking your pet through the Guest Contact Centre. Pet bookings can be cancelled and placed in a credit shell up to 60 minutes prior to departure. Credits are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months from the date of first booking. Please note that the maximum weight limit for cage/pet combined is 65kg.

All pets that are not booked on the flight via the Guest Contact Centre will be charged at higher freight rates. Please note you will also be charged at freight rates if you do not bring your itinerary when checking in your pet.

Cancellations

Pet bookings can be cancelled up to 60 minutes before departure. Please advise us by calling the Guest Contact Centre if your pet will not be travelling.
